The "unblobbed" NewsItem issue has been unresolved for quite some time: https://dev.plone.org/ticket/10123

Best regards!
MaciekAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00182750844845991687noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1237406256695097218.post-1255575179605860662012-07-07T20:42:46.015+02:002012-07-07T20:42:46.015+02:00Hi Maurizio, sorry for the long delay.

Let simply say that I totally ignored it there! If you didn't read it already I can ensure you that the second Souder's book is VERY detailed about JavaScript performance!keulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03113602460832889321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1237406256695097218.post-23351201250502049302012-07-03T07:42:03.125+02:002012-07-03T07:42:03.125+02:00Very interesting work ! Furthermore many Windows antivirus (especially the old ones) mangles the accept-encoding header to make easy scanning the resources (check the previous Steve Souders's book). Apart of that, an alternative approach could be the same of the images thumbnails. Optimize and cache an image the first time is requested, doing that we still have the original image.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10409061315805603415noreply@blogger.com
